can vary significantly from one customer to the next, and even from
one installation to the next for a given customer.
Accordingly, Quantive offers a full range of support plans ranging
from minimal support for the largely self-sufficient customer to
a full 24/7/365 plan for those who prefer for Quantive to play a
more active role in their operations.
Customers may elect for Quantive to "train the trainers and
support personnel", and the customer then assumes most of the
operational responsibility. Quantive is always fully prepared to
provide additional support if requested.
Quantive can also develop, deploy and maintain a customer's applications
and provide all support related needs. The Quantive Solution was
designed so that this service can be provided remotely. If the customer
prefers an onsite presence, Quantive will be pleased to provide
this level of support as well.
